Don’t wish for it, work for it
We are now offering fitness based kickboxing classes. No prior kickboxing experience is required. These classes are a lot of fun, burn a ton of calories, improve endurance, and are a great way to relieve stress!
What to Expect
Our kickboxing classes are 45 minutes long. Classes include a coach led warm-up where you can get the blood flow going and learn the basic punches and kicks. The warm-up is followed by a flurry of cardio pumping punch combinations and bodyweight exercises. Our session wraps up with some extra core and ab work to ensure a total body workout! Space is limited; we ask that you please reserve your spot prior to coming in. You can do so by selecting a class option below.
What to Bring
Bring a pair of gloves or hand protection to hit the bags.
Our Kickboxing Classes are held minutes away from our home Gym.
